Holiday Break Delivery Update
We’d like to inform you that our store will take a short holiday break from 22nd February 2025 to 12th March 2025. During this period:
- Order Processing: Any orders placed before 22nd February 2025 will be processed and shipped as usual.
- New Orders: Orders placed between 22nd February 2025 and 12th March 2025 will be held and processed after we resume operations on 13th March 2025.
- Shipping Timelines: For orders placed before the closure, shipping timelines may vary depending on courier services during the holiday season. Tracking details will be shared via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
We recommend planning your purchases accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. If you have any urgent inquiries, feel free to reach out to us through our contact page, and we’ll respond as soon as possible after the break.

Australian Deliveries
Australia Post Express Post
All Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post Express Post. However, please be aware that the Express Post service is experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network following the Coronavirus pandemic. Express Post continues to operate and be their quickest method of shipment, but delays of up to 10 days on top of their standard delivery times may be experienced.
If your order has exceeded the delayed time frame above, we ask that you lodge an inquiry directly with Australia Post or get in touch with our Chief Happiness Officer, where an inquiry will be lodged on your behalf.
